This website provides information about the WINBEN brand, its products, company responsibilities, and our data platform for participating seller businesses. The current site does not offer user accounts, accept payments, or intentionally collect personal information through forms.

Standard technical logs may be processed by our hosting and security providers to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability. These logs can include an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access.

Authorized Amazon seller and advertising data

Shenzhen Weiben Technology Co., Ltd. is developing a platform for stores actually operated by our founder and business partners. Participating stores can be owned by separate companies. We will connect each account only after that seller separately authorizes the relevant application and the required API permissions and account controls are in place. Existing access to the Fujian Shenbang US store does not itself authorize access to another store.

Depending on the approved permissions, account data may include listings, prices, inventory, fulfillment, non-restricted order and finance records, business reports, brand analytics, advertising profiles, campaigns, targeting, budgets, and performance reports. We initially seek non-restricted business data, not buyer personal information. Seller API and Amazon Ads API permissions are separate.

We use authorized data for reporting, operational analysis, and decisions for the participating store. We do not offer open public enrollment, charge participating partner companies for this platform, or sell seller or advertising data.

Access, security, and retention

Access is restricted to authorized business personnel and systems. Data from separately owned stores must remain account-scoped; we will not onboard additional stores until the required controls are in place. Credentials and tokens are kept out of public website content and source code. We apply appropriate access controls, monitor system activity, and retain data only as needed for legitimate business, security, and compliance purposes. A seller may revoke its authorization through Amazon; for questions about access or data retained after revocation, contact us at the address below.

Data sharing

We may use infrastructure or technical service providers to operate our systems under appropriate controls. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, security, and system integrity. We do not sell Amazon Ads data.

Responsible entities

Shenzhen Weiben Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市唯奔科技有限公司) owns the WINBEN brand and is the proposed platform operator for participating stores. Fujian Shenbang Information Technology Co., Ltd. (福建申帮信息技术有限公司) operates the WINBEN Amazon US seller account and its advertising activities. Other participating sellers remain separate legal entities and must authorize their own accounts individually.
